How Does SkillsFuture Work?

What do SkillsFuture courses include?

Each SkillsFuture course is created, managed and owned by the institute(s). The foundation of each SkillsFuture course is formed by the lectures, which may include videos, slides, and text. In addition, the institute can create resources and a variety of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of learners.

Are SkillsFuture courses 100% online? Do I have to attend any in-person classes?

All SkillsFuture courses are fully online. There are no in-person classes to attend. You can access your SkillsFuture courses anywhere and anytime.

How do I take a SkillsFuture course?

SkillsFuture courses are entirely on-demand. You can start the course whenever you like after purchasing it. You will also be able to learn at your own pace and on your own time. The courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. An internet connection and a web browser are required.

For new learners, signing up for a free account is the first step in enrolling in a course and making payment. Once your payment has been made, you can instantly start your course.

Do I have to start my SkillsFuture courses at a specific time? What is the deadline to complete it?

As noted above, you can start the course whenever you like after purchasing it. The access limitations of each course are determined and managed by the institute. Some courses may have limited access duration once the course has started. For example, the course might be available for 45 days from starting date.

Will I be able to access the video lectures after I have successfully completed my SkillsFuture course?

You will not be able to revisit the video lectures after you have successfully completed the course or after the given access duration has expired.

Is SkillsFuture an accredited institution? Do I receive anything after I complete a course successfully?

SkillsFuture is not an accredited institution. SkillsFuture is an online platform that provides a variety of skills-based courses developed by world-class institutions and industry experts from leading global providers and organizations that are geared towards helping individuals improve on the skills they need to succeed in the modern workplace.

The courses offered through SkillsFuture are accredited by the institutes, upon successful completion, you will receive your final grade as well as your official digital certificate awarded by the institute.

Where can I find my certificate after completing a course successfully?

You will be able to find and download your certificate under your Profile page. If you did not see it, please contact the institute directly.

Is there any way to preview a course?

The preview of a course is set and determined by the institute. Most of the courses come with a preview, which is beneficial in helping to establish some details about the course, such as its duration, requirements, and topics covered.

How can I make payment for a course?

SkillsFuture supports a variety of payment methods, depending on your account country and location.

You can make payments on SkillsFuture using the following credit cards via Stripe:

How can I request for a refund?

We do not give refunds once you have started the course.
